Refund and Return Policy
At Stanford Hills Estate, we’re dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with every wine purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to assist. Please read our Refund and Return Policy for full details.
1. Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The wine must be unopened, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Opened or consumed bottles are not eligible for return, except in cases of a product defect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email at info@stanfordhills.co.za regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting.
- Contact your bank; processing times can vary.

3. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are ineligible for refunds.
4. Exchanges
We only replace wines if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same wine, please contact us at info@stanfordhills.co.za and send your item to:

5. Delivery Policy
Currently, we offer national delivery within South Africa only. International shipping is not available. Please ensure your delivery address is within South Africa to avoid any delays or issues with your order.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your wine, please mail it to:

Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
